Well, maybe not diet so much as Sustenance Lifestyle Choice.
J returns on his new motorcycle from a week-long trip to Texas tonight… so, life will have to return to “normal” here. No more shoes handily left by the door. No more convenient storage on his side of the bed. No leaving out the things I use every day or making the entire house freezing cold every night or singing in the shower. But, most importantly, no more yummy melted cheese and delicious organic black beans and spicy roasted salsa on crisp honey wheat tortillas for every meal of the day. Sigh. I miss them already. I took an Internet quiz today that asked if I could control my indulgences? Um, no. Given the opportunity, I would just eat my favorite foods constantly until I got sick of them and then I would find another. I would carry deep red wine in a thermos and nibble on dark chocolate all day … but, thankfully, my waistband controls my indulgences. I’m not sure what I’m more afraid of – the fat or having to buy a whole new wardrobe. Yuck!
Anyway, almost done with the last quesadilla here … Food slacker, signing off...

what do you mean no more quesadillas? That is just wrong! Those actually sound really good right now. So was that all that was consumed while JT was gone? Or were there any little indulgences? Give it to us...:)

Ok, it is possible that there was a 1/2 pound dark chocolate bar and maybe a pizza and I might have just ordered a salad that I didn't eat as cover for two orders of fresh baked cookies...
